"Cute spot for a quick bite or coffee with friendly service. I love stopping here for a smoked salmon bagel and a cup of coffee. The freshness of ingredients, taste, and service is consistent each time I come. They also have a variety of cream cheeses. Seating can be difficult on a busy day, but they do have limited outdoor seating as well."

"Our first time there and definitely going back. My son works overnight and we went there at 7am. Since he's been awake, he wanted a burger. When he ask if they serve lunch at that time, she said not until 10:30, but asked the cook of he was okay making it for him. Being that they just opened and they were not busy, thankfully they made his burger...which was delicious! The bagels, which are not really NY bagels (but nothing around here actual has NY bagels no matter what they claim) they were delicious and the cream cheese was amazing. Drinks were really good to. Definitely going to become a regular customer! So many things we want to try! PS: Please don't start walking in before 10:30 expecting them to make lunch for you if they are busy. It's not fair to the workers to expect them to do something they don't normally do when they are busy."

"I’ve been to wired cup many times, their bagels are the best around. But this morning I had the friendliest girl at the desk take my order she even gave me a recommendation when I admitted I was being indecisive this morning. She even asked if the amount of cream cheese she spread on was light enough which was super thoughtful! Just wanted to shout her out although I didn’t catch her name :)"

"Always wanted to try and sooooo glad I did! Their signature cold brews are delicious. All the food I've gotten has been incredible. Service is excellent as well. I seriously can't say enough good about them. O, and they have punch cards to earn free drinks and bagels!"

"Update: I'm not the only one with this kind of review. As I read other's opinions about this place. Not sure if they were racist or not but I did not feel welcomed there. I walked in and approached the counter this one blonde (super blonde) girl and this brunette was working there at the time. They looked at each other and they ignored my presence. The blonde cocked their head (to look away from me) and continued on the grill and the brunette just disappeared in the back and left me stand in there. Proper etiquacy is to acknowledge the person at the counter, even if you're busy, which they weren't there was nobody there, and say good morning will be right with you. Even if you were going to take an hour, at least the person at the counter knows that you notice them and that you will be serving them whenever you're available. I literally just walked out, because I'm not going to be played. You're not going to ignore me and then expect me to give you my money. I went to Javateas Gourmet Coffee Cafe which is right down the road and they gave an amazing service. I recommend them instead."
